Yoga

I am a yoga asana instructor working in Los Angeles and London. I began practicing daily in 2005 and attended Bikram Yoga teacher training in Spring 2009.

I have studied with many of the foremost teachers of Original Hot Yoga, including Mary Jarvis, Rajashree Choudhury, Craig Villani, Lynn Whitlow, Georgia Balligan, and the late Jason Winn and Emmy Cleaves. In 2017 I completed a 300-hour advanced teacher training with Noah Maze at Wanderlust Hollywood, where my teachers included Rocky Heron, Nichol Chase, Paula Gelbart and Dr. Douglas Brooks. I received an MFA in Movement Directing/Teaching at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in 2021. As a three-time USA Yoga/Ghosh Cup champion, I have represented California and the UK in national and international competitions.

As a life long performer and athlete, I am witness to the the ebb and flow of an ever changing body. Yoga helped me prepare for and recover from spinal fusion and bi-lateral hip replacement surgeries. I practice daily to manage Fibromyalgia symptoms and keep my bionic body-mind open and receptive.

I am known as precision-focused instructor with an emphasis on therapeutics. I teach regular public classes, and am available for private and corporate appointments in person and online. It is never too late to tap into your body’s inherent capacity for healing and transformation.
